Built to suit your needs, this is our most durable model, engineered by the owner himself. Built from 6 inch wide, ¼ inch thick channel iron, our customs always include stainless steel shafts and screens and are always powder coated for longevity of life.
Customs are available in overall widths of 28 inches to 40 inches, and depending on the application, we can customize these widths to suit, if they are close to our standard widths.These units can be built from 5 foot long up to 20 foot long.
Depending on the availability of material, we may be able to accommodate an even longer unit, to suit our customer’s needs.
Standard Screen Perforation Size: Stainless ¼ inch or stainless 1/8 inch
Drive chain to torque limiter: 1/3 HP single or three phase w/ gear reducer, #55 roller chain
Max Capacity: 9,000 GPM (gallons per minute) or 18 CFS (cubic feet per second) – depending on the length of unit and screen – with operational head loss of .3 feet

Built out of 6 inch wide, ¼ inch thick channel iron, these units are much like our standard custom machines.
These units also come standard with powder coating and stainless steel wear parts. Different in design, these units stand vertical when installed. Built to divert trash rather than remove it, where removal is not necessary.
Commonly installed in front of head gates, this unit allows trash and debris to pass by and continue on downstream.

Powder Coating: Available in multiple colors, suited to your needs (standard color is red) *we highly recommend powder coating as well, due to prolonged life and resistance to rust*
Trash Catch Pans: Vary in size and shape, built to suit your needs.
Extensions: 2 foot and 4 foot (These extensions allow ease of installation in an existing ditch where size doesn’t quite match, as well as the benefit of trash being able to pile higher without having to remove it as often).
